Building NCW Home Tour Presented by Banner Bank The 32nd Annual Building NCW Home Tour, presented by Banner Bank, is a signature event celebrating the best in local homebuilding, remodeling, and design across the greater Wenatchee Valley. Each year, the tour offers a self-guided, in-person experience where attendees can step inside a curated selection of newly constructed and beautifully remodeled homes. From modern showpieces to timeless Northwest designs, the tour highlights the craftsmanship, innovation, and creativity of our region’s builders, designers, and tradespeople. In 2026, the featured homes are scattered throughout the Wenatchee Valley, giving participants the opportunity to explore a diverse mix of styles and settings — from the heart of Wenatchee and East Wenatchee to the scenic surrounding communities. Whether you’re gathering inspiration for your next project, exploring new building trends, or simply appreciating great design, the Home Tour offers something for everyone. The event spans September 18–20, 2026, giving attendees three days to visit each home at their own pace.
